We hope that you love your purchase. However, we do know that at times items do not fit as expected and an exchange or return is needed. All purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY- no cash refunds.
To be Eligible for a Return and your STORE CREDIT:
* Your item must be received by Peony & Rose Boutique within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, NO EXCEPTIONS. We feel this gives our customers ample time to decide if they are satisfied with their purchase.
* Returns must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and have all the ORIGINAL tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, have any stains, smell of smoke or perfume will be REFUSED. If we need to refuse your return for the above reasons we will email you and you will have the option of us sending it back to you at your expense. If you do NOT want it back we will gladly donate it to a local charity of choice.
* NO Return Authorization is needed!

* Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend shipping in a way that will provide a tracking number. Peony & Rose Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
* All Clearance items are FINAL SALE!
* Once we receive your return please allow 3 business days for us to process it. We will then issue you a STORE CREDIT in the form of an online gift card minus the original shipping and handling which can be used on our website any time. These WILL NOT expire.
*If you believe the item you received is damaged or defective, email us immediately at email@example.com and your issue will be addressed immediately. All damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we have not been notified within 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
* Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the tag in the image showing that it is still attached.
* Indicate "DEFECTIVE" or "DAMAGED" in the subject line.
* Please include your first and last name, order #, and the product name or code of the item.

Due to the popular demand of our boutique items, high order volume, & the high risk of sellouts, exchanges are NOT always guaranteed. We will do our best to get you the item your are looking for in a different size or similar, but in the event you are not happy with our recommendations, we will issue you a STORE CREDIT!
