We hope that you love your purchase. However, we do know that at times items do not fit as expected and an exchange or return is needed.
All purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY - no cash refunds.

To be eligible for a return for your STORE CREDIT:
Your item must be received by Peony & Rose Boutique within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and have all the ORIGINAL tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.
Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, have any stains, smell of smoke or perfume will be REFUSED.
If we need to refuse your return for the above reasons, we will email you and you will have the option for us to send it back to you at your expense.
If you do NOT want it back or to pay the return shipping for a rejected return/exchange we will gladly donate it to a local charity of choice.
